Teledyne Wins $67.4 M US Army Task Order

Teledyne Technologies Incorporated (NYSE:TDY) today announced that its subsidiary, Teledyne Brown Engineering, Inc., was awarded the Target Execution, Asset and Material Development, Lethality Testing and Analysis (TEAM DELTA) Task Order with the U.S. Army Space and Missile Defense Command/Army Forces Strategic Command (USASMDC/ARSTRAT) under the Test Execution Services and Launch Augmentation (TESTLA) contract.

Teledyne will provide test execution, lethality development and validation, analyses, flight and ground test data collection, live fire test and evaluation, and missile integration and flight testing for missile defense weapon systems. This task order under an indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a value of up to $67.4 million over a period of 36 to 48 months, depending on the exercise of contract options.

The task order will support the Test Execution Support Division (TESD) within the Technical Center at USASMDC/ARSTRAT. The mission of TESD is to provide end-to-end flight test planning, design, development, integration, and test execution as well as flexible missile launch platforms and unique low-cost target solutions. In addition to the Technical Center, customers of TESD include the United States Navy, Air Force, and Marines, as well as other DOD organizations and NASA.
