Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE: NOC) and 4iG Space and Defence Technologies Ltd. have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) to deepen transatlantic cooperation by exploring collaboration in counter-unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS), space and advanced weapons technologies. This collaboration intends to highlight their combined industry expertise to strengthen U.S. technological leadership and Europe's sovereign defense industrial base and enhance NATO's capabilities through rapid innovation.
