Aechelon Technology Receives Contract from JF Taylor in support of the US NAWCTSD's C-130T Hercules Simulator Tech Refresh Program

Aechelon Technology, Inc. announced today that JF Taylor Inc. has awarded a contract to Aechelon Technology in support of the US Naval Air Warfare Center, Training System Division (NAWCTSD) C-130T Hercules Simulator Tech Refresh Program.  The contract will provide an Image Generator and Visual Databases to the program for realistic flight training for military aviators flying the C-130T Hercules aircraft.

Aechelon Technology will supply its state of the art pC-NOVA Nucleus™, a true multi-spectral multi-channel compact image generator featuring Multi-GPU NVIDIA® Professional® graphics cards with a dramatically reduced dimensional footprint.

Aechelon Technology Nucleus™ Image Generator integrates a full-resolution worldwide 3D visual and sensor database with extensive domestic and foreign areas of interest. This Global database is already deployed and being used on other DoD programs without the need for down-sampling, de-rating, or modification—thus ensuring complete correlation and commonality with other U.S. DoD devices also utilizing Aechelon Technology Image Generators.
