CSRA Awarded $88 M Logistics Contract

CSRA Inc. a leading provider of next-generation IT solutions and professional services to government organizations, today announced it received an indefinite-delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract to provide logistics integration and weapon systems logistics network support for the U.S. Air Force. The single award IDIQ contract has an $88 million ceiling over a five-year period.

"A seamless and efficient logistics integration plan is essential and critical to the success of any organization," said Ken Deutsch, CSRA executive vice president, Defense Group. "CSRA's in-depth knowledge and vision for continual process improvement of the Air Force's logistics environment will aid the Air Mobility Command in its efforts to provide world-class, worldwide air mobility while exploring methods for reducing the associated costs in logistics support."

CSRA will provide support services to enable the U.S. Air Force to perform four separate interoperability roles. The roles include supporting technology infrastructure at Air Mobility Command and G081 program management office staff; providing G081 functional programming support, training and subject matter expertise for technology, policy and system integration recommendations.
