Ombra Awarded Position on Missile Defense Agency's SHIELD IDIQ Contract

Ombra is pleased to announce it was awarded a contract for the Missile Defense Agency Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a ceiling of $151B. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.

As a Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) and HUBZone-certified company headquartered in Tampa, Florida, Ombra brings specialized expertise in biometrics, space technologies, artificial intelligence, machine learning, power and energy, and undersea technologies to support national security missions. Founded by a former USSOCOM Source Selection Advisory Committee Lead, Ombra holds a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility Security Clearance and delivers trusted, mission-ready solutions to the Department of Defense, including the U.S. Army, Air Force, Space Force, and Special Operations Forces.
