Sidus Space (NASDAQ: SIDU) (“Sidus” or the “Company”), an innovative space and defense technology company, is pleased to announce it is one of the contract awardees under the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) Scalable Homeland Innovative Enterprise Layered Defense (SHIELD) indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity (IDIQ) contract with a total IDIQ ceiling of $151 billion. This contract encompasses a broad range of work areas that allows for the rapid delivery of innovative capabilities to the warfighter with increased speed and agility.
The SHIELD program is part of the broader Golden Dome missile defense strategy, focused on building resilient, layered protection against air, missile, space, cyber, and hybrid threats from all operational domains.
