Antoine FOESSEL and Cle´ment JACQUOT, co-managers and owners of PAN EUROPEENNE AIR SERVICE, said: “We are very happy to have found an eco-responsible aircraft that meets our vision of the future of aviation. As young business owners, it is essential for us to prepare the ecological transition of our sector. After several months of research, it seemed obvious for us to choose a hybrid aircraft. The type of flight we carry out today and the reliability of AURA AERO led us to select ERA for the renewal of our fleet. We are proud to be among the pioneers in transporting passengers aboard this new generation of aircraft!”.
ERA is a brand new eco-responsible aircraft. Concentrating many avionic, aerodynamic and propelling innovations, it is the solution to the decarbonization of regional aviation. It is an exceptionally versatile aircraft: capable of transporting 19 passengers or 1.9 tons of freight, it can also be configured for business aviation as it will be for PAN EUROPEENNE AIR SERVICE, in a 9 pax version.
With its pressurized cabin and offering an unrivalled level of passenger comfort on this type of aircraft, ERA has a range of up to 1,600 km and can land in the biggest international airports as well as on short, unprepared runways.
ERA, whose first entries into commercial service are planned before 2030, already boasts an orderbook of over 300 Aircraft under Letters of Intent. Whether it is for connecting islands or providing direct flights between regional towns, ERA is an economic solution for its users, in terms of both energy and maintenance costs. This aircraft already addresses the environmental challenges of the 21st century, reducing CO2 emissions by up to 80% compared to thermal aircraft in the same category.
Gwenola ROBERT, Chief Commercial Officer & After Sales at AURA AERO, said: ”We are very proud that PAN EUROPEENNE AIR SERVICE has chosen ERA to decarbonize their operations in France and Europe. We are convinced that this aircraft, economic and low-carbon, will bring a sustainable solution to executive transport!
