The Milestone Aviation Group Limited (“Milestone”), the global leader in helicopter leasing, today announced that it has signed purchase and leaseback agreements with Bristow Group Inc. [NYSE: VTOL], the leading global provider of innovative and sustainable vertical flight solutions, for two new Leonardo AW139 helicopters.
The aircraft, which were recently delivered to Bristow, are configured for Search and Rescue (SAR) missions and will support their operations in the United Kingdom.
