The Milestone Aviation Group Limited (“Milestone”), the global leader in helicopter leasing, today announced that it has signed a framework agreement with Leonardo S.p.A (“Leonardo”), a market leader in helicopter design and manufacture.
This first-of-its-kind agreement covers Milestone’s Leonardo fleet of over 100 aircraft. Together, Milestone and Leonardo have developed a streamlined Power-by-the-Hour (PBH) transition solution, designed to benefit Milestone’s customers.

This agreement underscores our ongoing commitment to collaborating with Leonardo to deliver their aircraft to our customers across a diverse range of missions, including offshore operations, SAR, EMS and the renewable energy sector.”
