Our 3rd Annual Advanced Materials for Defense Summit will bring together members of the Military Services, DoD Labs, Federal Government, Academia, and Industry for a 'Town-Hall' type forum to discuss current and future initiatives to enable the integration of innovative, technology-based solutions for advanced materials and manufacturing processes. The development and implementation of strategic materials and manufacturing processes will aid in reducing cost, as well as provide sustainability and readiness capabilities for DoD logistics operations.
Our 3rd Annual Advanced Materials for Defense Summit will discuss current and future initiatives that are helping to assist with the implementation of modernized and innovative technologies for advanced materials and manufacturing processes. The facilitation and integration of strategic materials and manufacturing processes will enable reduced cost, as well as provide increased sustainability and readiness capabilities for DoD logistics and maintenance operations.
As critical new DoD initiatives and funding efforts are being proposed for Hypersonics and Space, the emphasis on how to utilize these materials to assist in improving the performance and durability of various platforms and vehicles will be crucial. This agenda will further delve into how the various Military branches and Labs are striving to improve the size, weight, and power (SWaP) of these systems by using advanced materials.
