AAMSI Awarded Prime Contract For B-2 Bomber IFF System Service & Repair

Associated Aircraft Manufacturing and Sales, Inc (AAMSI) has been awarded a Prime Contract by the U.S. Air Force to service and repair the AN/APX-110 IFF Transponder. The five year contract to service the IFF system for the B-2 Spirit Bomber is AAMSI’s first Prime Contract with the U.S. Air Force.

For more than 30 years, AAMSI has developed, manufactured and repaired Mark XII Diversity systems for the Original Equipment Manufacturers, US Government and approved foreign militaries. AAMSI has full evaluation and repair capability for the KY-532, APX-64, APX-72, APX-76, APX-77, APX-100, APX-101, APX-109, APX-110, APX-121 and UPX-39. AAMSI also manufactures the APX-72, APX-77, APX-109, APX-101. In 2010, AAMSI introduced the AN/APX-121 MK XII IFF Diversity Transponder next-generation, solid state, IFF technology to the market.

AAMSI is licensed by Lockheed Martin and Northrop Grumman Corporation to design, manufacture and/or repair a number of legacy electronic systems across a wide variety of military platforms.
