Navy Awards ESN $13 M Contract to Continue Vital Combat Systems Work with Naval Surface Warfare Center

Engineering Services Network, Inc. (ESN), a leading engineering and IT solutions company in Arlington, VA, announced today that it has won a $13.5 million contract from the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, field activity of Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).

ESN is the incumbent Combat Systems Operational Sequencing System (CSOSS) prime contractor.

ESN officials said they will deliver support to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division (NSWC PHD) in the Port Hueneme, CA, San Diego, and Norfolk, VA, areas for the development, modification, validation and delivery of CSOSS for all shipboard sensors, command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) and weapon systems.

The work will be performed in Hampton Roads, VA, San Diego, and Port Hueneme, CA.

The three-year contract includes a base year plus two one-year options.

Under the contract, ESN will provide analyses, technical and programmatic support, information coordination, product development, and maintenance of CSOSS for all Aegis and non-Aegis ship classes, U.S. Coast Guard WMSL and WPC cutters, and applicable shore facilities (AEGIS Ashore, USCG).
