UAVOS Completes High-Efficiency Composite Curing Oven for Aerospace Applications

UAVOS has announced the successful completion and internal performance validation of its latest composite curing oven, designed to meet the demanding requirements of aerospace manufacturing. The delivered system is a top-loaded composite curing oven engineered for high precision thermal processing of advanced composite structures. Final acceptance testing confirmed stable operation and excellent thermal performance.

Key features of the UAVOS composite curing oven include:

  • Precision temperature control
  • Operating range from ambient to 200°C
  •  Programmable ramp-and-soak profiles
  • Powerful 2kW heating capability
  • Touchscreen controlled precision ramp up and cool down temperature profiles

During testing, the oven demonstrated temperature uniformity within ±1.7°C, ensuring consistent and repeatable curing results. The system rapidly reached programmed setpoints and maintained stable thermal conditions throughout the entire heating and cooling cycle, in accordance with defined process specifications.
