The Netherlands Ministry of Defence Expands Dutch Expeditionary Patrol Vehicle Fleet

Oshkosh Defense Europe B.V. together with Oshkosh Defense, LLC, an Oshkosh Corporation business, announced today that the Netherlands Ministry of Defence (MoD) has placed an order, valued between $25-30 million, for additional Dutch Expeditionary Patrol Vehicles (DXPV). The DXPVs, also known as the “Kaaiman,” will be equipped for future integration.

The Netherlands continue to lead the way in defense vehicle modernization and allied interoperability. With Oshkosh’s open systems approach, the DXPV platform is designed to accommodate the integration of emerging technologies and mission systems. This approach enables the Netherlands to align modernization priorities efficiently while maintaining operational flexibility across a range of missions.

“Our ongoing collaboration with the Netherlands Ministry of Defence reflects our shared commitment to modernization and mission success,” said Pat Williams, Chief Programs Officer at Oshkosh Defense. “The sustained trust of our European allies reinforces our role as the mobility partner of choice, delivering integrated solutions that enhance readiness and equip Soldiers for today’s evolving battlefield.”
