Cooperation agreements with Dutch companies focus on innovation and growing collaboration with TNO, OPT/NET, and ILIAS in defense technology

The successful cooperation between Embraer (NYSE: EMBJ / B3: EMBJ3) and the Netherlands in the defense domain reaches a new height. Under the Industrial Participation Agreement with the Dutch Ministry of Economic Affairs, Embraer has signed new cooperation agreements with TNO, OPT/NET, and ILIAS, strengthening its alignment with the Dutch defense ecosystem.

With TNO, Embraer will collaborate on multi-agent systems and data management to support surveillance missions and enhance operational responsiveness. The partnership with OPT/NET focuses on applying AI-driven technologies to improve decision-support for complex military operations. ILIAS will provide real-time, integrated data solutions to enhance fleet management.
