L3Harris Integrates Technology into Anduril's Army Solution

L3Harris Technologies (NYSE:LHX) has integrated its Enhanced Night Vision Goggle – Binocular (ENVG-B) into Anduril Industries’ Soldier Borne Mission Command (SBMC) solution for the U.S. Army.

L3Harris’ proven ENVG-B system is integrated into Anduril’s Lattice-enabled Soldier Borne Mission Command Architecture (SBMC-A), amplifying its command-and-control, communications and tactical-edge situational awareness capabilities. The U.S. Army has procured 35,000 ENVG-B systems to date.

“L3Harris’ superior ENVG-B capability, enhanced by Lattice, forms a next-generation headborne system that greatly increases soldiers’ awareness and enables resilient, connected warfare,” said Sam Mehta, President, Communication Systems, L3Harris. “Bridging today’s battle-proven technology with revolutionary vision-augmentation solutions will enable U.S. troops to operate faster and more effectively than ever before across any battlefield.”

L3Harris has delivered industry-leading fused night-vision capability to the Army through the ENVG-B program since its inception. ENVG-B’s interoperable and open-system designs provide two-way connections between soldiers and other nodes in the battlespace, including unmanned systems and command-and-control assets.

L3Harris is expanding its partnership with Anduril to include next-generation long-range, low-light sensor technology and tactical networking for later iterations of the SBMC system. Both companies will also collaborate on adjacent programs and technologies.
