On 3 September 2025, Polska Grupa Zbrojeniowa (PGZ S.A.), PGZ Stocznia Wojenna (PGZ S.W) and Naval Group have signed an Industrial Cooperation Agreement (ICA) in the field of naval activities, focusing on advanced manufacturing related to the construction of submarines and other highly specialized vessels.
The ICA signed today is a significant milestone in the strategic relationship between the companies, elevating the scope of cooperation to a higher level and opening the possibility of integrating the Polish defence industry into Naval Group’s supply chain.
By strengthening durable industrial ties in the defence and maritime sectors, this agreement also contributes to deepen the strategic partnership between France and Poland, making it a direct implementation of the Treaty on “Enhanced Cooperation and Friendship” signed in Nancy on 9 May 2025 by the two countries.
