Hoofddorp, The Netherlands, June 30, 2023 – Fokker Services Group (“FSG”) is pleased to announce that it has been accredited by the Military Aviation Authority of The Netherlands to continue carrying out base maintenance work on the NH Industries NH90 military helicopter under the new NLD-MAR-145 regulations as of April 2023, after successfully complying with the latest standards in military aircraft maintenance.
The multi-role military helicopter is an asset of the Royal Netherlands Air Force (“RNLAF”) that predominantly flies naval missions but is also capable of transporting troops over land. FSG is proud to support the RNLAF to keeping these superior assets airworthy.
This accreditation allows FSG to perform base maintenance activities on the NH90, which will take place in FSG’s world-class aircraft maintenance and completion center in Woensdrecht, The Netherlands. It is equipped with more than 23.200 m2 of hangar facilities, a dedicated team of experts in nose-to-tail inspection, and provides direct access to the RNLAF tarmac through an interconnecting taxiway, and as such we’ll be able to provide high-quality and fast on-site support.
