2016 Quantum Control User (QUE Group) Conference Breaks Attendance Record, Hosts Over 50 Educational Workshops

The Quantum User Exchange Group, or QUE Group , set another attendance record this year at its 11 th Annual Quantum Users Exchange Group conference held in San Diego, California, in late July. More than 180 customers joined in the four-day event that featured keynote speaker Tom Marquez, Front Line Manager of the FAA’s Airworthiness Unit, and over 50 workshops, seminars, roundtable sessions, and social receptions devoted to getting the most out Quantum Control MRO and Logistics Software.

Presentations and learning experiences included how to manage aftermarket exchanges, integrating Quantum with Web Services, data mining your Crystal Reports, using advanced Shop Control features, inventory auditing, conducting paperless transactions with full traceability, special accounting tricks and tips, and much more. From Marquez, Quantum Control users learned about the FAA’s unapproved parts notifications program, and how to identify and remove subpar and end-of-life components from your system.

“The QUE Group conference is the single largest gathering of Quantum users, representing every major sector of the aviation aftermarket business. MRO managers, aviation executives, accountants, IT staff and others come from all over the world to learn how Quantum can help them save time, reduce operating costs, and build a world class business,” said Tara Knapp, QUE Group President and Business Process Architect for AvMax . “Through our shared knowledge and experience, we’re able to gain additional insight and greater efficiency with the software and our internal business processes. We’re also able to connect and network with our aviation colleagues and industry leaders. Together, that makes the QUE Group conference one of the most valuable events to attend every year.”
