PAR Technology Subsidiary Announces New $1.8 M US Navy Prime Contract Award in Djibouti, Africa

PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PAR) today announced that its subsidiary, Rome Research Corporation (RRC), has been awarded a 27-month, $1.8 million prime contract to provide engineering services and installation of critical telecommunications infrastructure at the Camp Lemonnier, Djibouti (CLDJ) Africa. CLDJ is the primary U.S. Navy base for all operations in the Horn of Africa region.

Commenting on the award, Matt Cicchinelli, President of PAR’s Government Business, stated, “The Horn of Africa Region has been a key point in our nation’s operational posture. We are pleased that the U.S. Navy selected our Company for engineering and installation services at Camp Lemonnier. This contract expands our presence in Africa and will only enhance our efficiency and service quality to the region.”
