Collins Aerospace, an RTX business (NYSE: RTX), has renewed its FlightSense™ contract with Japan Airlines (JAL) to provide comprehensive maintenance, repair, overhaul and asset management support for the airline’s fleet of Boeing 787 Dreamliners. The 10-year service agreement includes air management services and electric power components for JAL's current fleet of more than 50 787-8 and 787-9 aircraft as well as future Dreamliner deliveries through 2035.
This renewal also extends JAL’s previous Ascentia analytics services agreement for another five years, providing deep operational insights and data-driven support to enhance fleet performance and reduce life-cycle costs.
