Eve Air Mobility (“Eve”) (NYSE: EVEX, EVEXW) will attend South by Southwest (SXSW) in Austin, Texas to share their company’s design approach for the future of aviation. Eve will host booth #225 and debut its electric Vertical Take-Off and Landing (eVTOL) sustainably crafted cabin mockup for the first time in the United States.
The mockup showcases Eve’s human-centered design, a quiet, efficient, and sustainable zero-emission eVTOL, and explores its internal and external features through virtual reality. The current vehicle design uses a conventional wing and tail configuration with eight rotors fixed around the wing, providing vertical take-off and landing capabilities in a simple lift-plus-cruise design, with an accessible seat configuration for a pilot and four passengers.
To help build the future of air mobility, SXSW attendees can offer suggestions for the name of the aircraft and provide input on the customer experience from scheduling your flight and meeting your aircraft and pilot at the vertiport, to take-off, flight, and landing at your destination.
