ORBIS was awarded a two year IDIQ/MAC with PHNSY to provide skilled tradesman to the Shipyard. PHNSY is located in Pearl Harbor Hawaii. The Shipyard provides depot level maintenance for the Naval Submarines and Surface Ships located in the region. The Shipyard has a robust work-load and has recently solicited for skilled craftsmen to help with their submarine work-load.
