PAR Government Systems Corporation, a wholly-owned subsidiary of PAR Technology Corporation (NYSE:PAR), today announced the awarding of a $3.4 million research and development contract with the U.S. Air Force. Under this three and a half-year Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) Information Directorate contract, “Integrated Information Management System Cyber Technology Maturation Framework”, PAR Government seeks to develop and sustain a cyber-systems testbed to employ, test, evaluate and transition new cyber defense operating concepts and AFRL Information Directorate developed cyber technology and products. The contract work will be performed by PAR Government’s Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) Sector.
