Iron Bow Technologies, an information technology solutions provider, today announced that the United States Army Contracting Command has awarded the company the Information Technology Enterprise Solutions-3 Hardware (ITES-3H) contract, valued at $5 billion. Iron Bow delivered on previous iterations of this contract with ITES-2H and the follow on extension of the contract.
As part of the U.S. Army’s plans to modernize its IT network and services, the ITES-3H contract vehicle enables purchases of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) hardware, including servers, workstations, laptops, PCs, networking equipment and storage.

Download free sample pagesAs one of the largest defense contracts expected this year, ITES-3H is in line with the Army’s strategy to consolidate IT purchases into larger performance-based, Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (ID/IQ) contracts. These solutions can include a range of devices, such as workstations, networking equipment, displays, video teleconferencing (VTC) solutions and the related services for their configuration, implementation, maintenance and relocation.
