The Joint Improvised-Threat Defeat Agency (JIDA) has awarded Systems Planning and Analysis, Inc. (SPA) a single award contract to provide assistance with all aspects of acquisition oversight to the JIDA Acquisition Policy and Oversight Division. The contract has a 1-year base period of performance with two 1-year options with a potential total value of $7.3 million.
Under the contract, SPA will support the JIDA by assisting in the development and improvement of policies, processes, procedures, governance, and tools associated with rapid acquisition, including program management, systemic analysis, reporting, and associated learning materials. This support includes developing enabling capabilities, frameworks, and tools that support JIDA’s Strategic Plan.
