Terma and Eurofighter sign Co-operation Agreement(Halbergsmoos/Lystrup, September 2006) -- The background for the agreement is deliberations by the Danish government on which aircraft to select for the replacement of the F-16 during the coming years. The Eurofighter is among the three candidates for the replacement. A final decision is expected within the next two-three years. With this MoU, Terma and the Eurofighter Consortium are in a good position to pursue the industrial possibilities together in the event that the Eurofighter is selected.

The Eurofighter Consortium is the lead manufacturer in Europe of fighter aircraft, with great expertise in aircraft design and production, international co-operation, and with customers in several countries. This MoU between the Eurofighter Consortium and Terma forms a good basis to bring together the expertise of the two parties resulting in good value for potential customers and also to sound and profitable business relations between the parties.
