Shenzhen Airlines Selects V2500 Engines for 13 A320ceo

Shenzhen Airlines has selected the V2500 engine to power 13 firm Airbus A320ceo family aircraft. The V2500 engine is offered through IAE International Aero Engines AG, a multinational aero engine consortium whose shareholders comprise Pratt & Whitney, a division of United Technologies Corp. (NYSE: UTX); Pratt & Whitney Aero Engines International GmbH; Japanese Aero Engines Corporation; and MTU Aero Engines GmbH.

"We appreciate the choice Shenzhen Airlines made in selecting the V2500 engine to power its A320ceo family aircraft," said Rick Deurloo, senior vice president, Commercial Engine Sales, Marketing & Customer Support, Pratt & Whitney.
