Engility Awarded $82 M to Provide Classified Engineering and Intel Work to the US DoD

  • Work Reflects Strong Program Performance and Customer Confidence

Engility Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:EGL), today announced it has been awarded an $82 million sole source renewal contract to provide classified systems engineering, intelligence analysis and program management support to the U.S. Department of Defense. Work performed under this five-year contract, awarded in the first quarter of this year, will be done on a cost-plus-fixed-fee basis.

“We have been a trusted partner to this customer for several decades and are very proud to receive this award,” said Engility President and CEO Tony Smeraglinolo. “The men and women who work on this program provide a range of duties that are enabling our customer to perform its vital mission on behalf of our country.”

In addition to systems engineering expertise, intel analysis and program management, the scope of work on this contract will include records management support, logistical expertise, security administration support, financial analysis, technical analysis on a variety of domains, and geographic information systems support and data management.
