“We expect the software to provide us better visibility of our processes while providing more accountability,” said Mary Linhart, who manages business development for the company. “We envision Quantum enabling our planned growth for the future and providing the ability to measure and control our output, as well as provide us with the ability to meet our quality objectives while managing our risks.”

Before choosing Quantum Control, North Bay Aviation embarked on a lengthy evaluation period to find MRO and logistics software that would contribute substantively to the company’s projected growth, quality objectives, and commitment to providing exceptional service to its global customers.

“We did a lot of research and talked to a lot of users of the various program options. As we were narrowing down our options, we actually went to see the program in action at other repair stations to ensure we were making an informed decision based on our company’s specific requirements,” said Linhart.
