Wipaire began using Quantum Control in November 2014 at its headquarters in South Saint Paul, Minnesota as well as its service center in Leesburg, Florida. Over the last year, Wipaire has grown its user base to 75 users, up from 55. Quantum serves as the company’s operating system for financial, inventory and service functions.
“We use Quantum to track a variety of things, from technician times and materials to individual stock lines. It helps us manage all of our customer interactions, from providing quotes and scanning approvals to tracking changes and managing costs, pricing, billing and research. It allows us to manage all incoming and outgoing inventory, including life-limited parts, tools and calibrations, conversion kits, and more,” said Dolphy. “The implementation of Quantum has assisted in many needed process changes throughout the company, and has opened many eyes within the company that there are many areas that have room for improvement and progress.”
