Allen Vanguard Counter-Threat Solutions to Support $11 M US Navy EODTEU ONE Contract


Allen Vanguard Counter-Threat Solutions (AVCTS) announced today that it is a key teammate in the Apex Skills Group, Inc. (APEX) team that was competitively awarded a contract to support the United States Navy Explosive Ordnance Disposal Training and Evaluation Unit One (EODTEU ONE). The combined ceiling of the contract is $11 million over the four-year life of the contract.

"This award is a major opportunity for Allen Vanguard Counter-Threat Solutions to demonstrate our worldwide expertise in explosive ordnance disposal (EOD) and expand our capabilities within the U.S. Navy. We are proud to bring our experience and knowledge through operational support and comprehensive training services."

Under this contract, AVCTS will be providing basic and advanced combat skills instruction for multinational forces and Special Operations Forces. The AVCTS team of highly qualified former Special Operations Forces instructors will design, develop and deliver classroom and hands-on training to approximately 1,470 students annually. In addition, AVCTS will support tactical vehicle operations, NECC training evaluations, and logistic support roles. 

The Apex Skills Group Team combines AVCTS's expertise and tactical approach to EOD and overall operational support with APEX's ( ) skills and training experience, providing integrated support to EODTEU ONE.
