NGC Awarded Position on AF TSA III Contract

The U.S. Air Force has awarded Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) a position on the Training Systems Acquisition III (TSA III) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to support warfighter training systems at global U.S. Air Force operating locations.

Twelve companies have been awarded positions on TSA III, which has a ceiling value of approximately $20.9 billion over 10 years, if all options are exercised. The sustainment and modernization of all U.S. Air Force pilot and aircrew training systems will be executed through this contract.

TSA III addresses the U.S. Air Force's need for the performance-based acquisition of training systems. Northrop Grumman's specialized training services and products provide air and ground forces with a full spectrum of cost-effective, integrated mission solutions.
