Ducommun Incorporated Announces $42 Million Contract for B737 and B777 Titanium Parts and Assemblies(LOS ANGELES, Dec. 6, 2005) -- Ducommun Incorporated (NYSE:DCO) today announced that its Ducommun AeroStructures, Inc. (DAS) subsidiary has been awarded a multi-year contract by Spirit AeroSystems, Wichita, Kansas valued at $42 million for B737 and B777 titanium super plastic formed (SPF) and hot formed details and welded assemblies. The work will be performed at DAS's Parsons, Kansas facility.
