GD Awarded $23 M for Buffalo Vehicle Upgrades

The U.S. Army TACOM Lifecycle Management Command awarded General Dynamics Land Systems a $22.7 million contract for updates and revisions to all logistic requirements and data in support of the Buffalo A2 M1272 vehicle. General Dynamics Land Systems is a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD).

The Buffalo A2 is a heavily armored truck specifically designed to protect its occupants from mines and improvised explosive devices. The Buffalo is a recognized leader in the global mine-protected route-clearance vehicle class, with approximately 238 Buffalo A2 vehicles delivered to U.S. units throughout the world.
