Parker Aerospace’s Customer Support Operations has signed a multi-year agreement with Singapore Airlines (SIA) to provide a comprehensive support package for its fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft.
This exclusive 10-year agreement, plus five-year option, is part of an enhanced service offering provided by Parker in partnership with operators like SIA that allows them to focus on the flying passenger by keeping their fleets in the air at predictable and sustainable costs over a long period of time. The agreement provides maintenance, inventory pooling and leasing, reliability sustainment, and management.

The agreement covers Parker products over several ATA chapters, including 27 (flight controls), 28 (fuel), 29 (hydraulic), and 32 (landing gear). Parker Customer Support Operations will be the administrative lead for this agreement while ACE Services, the joint venture between SIA Engineering Company and Parker Aerospace, will manage many of the products locally.
“We are pleased to expand our partnership with SIA,” said Fergus Lopez, director of Asia Pacific for Parker Aerospace’s Customer Support Operations. “This agreement provides cost predictability to our customer, while offering enhanced services and product performance for their fleet of Boeing 777 aircraft.”
“This long-term partnership with SIA illustrates Parker’s commitment to providing global reach, local focus to customers located around the world while elevating their experiences in working with us to meet the needs of their aircraft fleets,” said Bonnie Peat, vice president of Parker Aerospace’s Customer Support Operations.
SIA has over 50 Boeing 777s in their fleet, flying worldwide. In total, SIA maintains a modern fleet of 105 aircraft. The average age of the fleet stands at seven years, making it one of the world’s youngest and most fuel efficient.
