NCI Awarded $3.1 M Army Contract for Engineering Technology Services(RESTON, Va., Oct. 27, 2005) -- NCI, Inc. (NASDAQ:NCIT), a provider of information technology services and solutions to U.S. federal government agencies, announced today that it has been awarded a subcontract under a five-year task order worth approximately $3.1 million, through the U.S. Army AMCOM Express program. NCI will provide support to the Corrosion Prevention and Control Center of Excellence through the Program Manager, Aviation Ground Support Equipment (PM-AGSE) in Huntsville, Ala. NCI will serve as a subcontractor on the winning Madison Research Corporation (MRC) team, specifically providing an integrated approach to reducing the impact of corrosion on system readiness, performance, maintenance, life extension, safety, environmental impact, and life cycle costs.
