LM Makes Key Appointments To Support International Growth
Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT ) appointed Steve O'Bryan vice president, International Strategy and Business Development effective June 30 , succeeding Rick Kirkland , who was appointed vice president for the Corporation's International Strategic Initiatives.
O'Bryan will be responsible for all Lockheed Martin international business development activities across the Corporation's five business areas, supporting Pat Dewar , executive vice president of Lockheed Martin International and reporting to Paul Lemmo , senior vice president of Corporate Strategy and Business Development.

"Both Steve and Rick have extensive experience in our industry and have made tremendous contributions to the Corporation," said Lemmo. "In their new roles, they will support our objective of growing our international business and our efforts to provide our products, capabilities and citizen services to our customers around the world."
In addition, the Corporation named Jack Crisler as vice president, F-35 Business Development and Strategic Integration effective immediately, succeeding O'Bryan. Crisler reports to George Standridge , vice president of Strategy and Business Development for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. In this position, Crisler will be the primary Lockheed Martin Aeronautics interface and senior company advisor and advocate for F-35 customers for all F-35 domestic and international business development.
Previously, O'Bryan has led several critical initiatives for Lockheed Martin as vice president of Business Development for the F-35 program, and was responsible for leading coordination across F-35 business activities, including the U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy , U.S. Marine Corps, the Office of the Secretary of Defense and all international countries.
O'Bryan is a graduate of Colgate University and the Naval War College . He received his MBA with honors from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University . Kirkland holds a Master's degree in aeronautical systems from the University of West Florida and a Bachelor's degree from the United States Naval Academy . Crisler holds a Bachelor's degree in journalism from the University of Georgia and a Master of Science in national resource strategy from National Defense University , Ft. Lesley McNair in Washington , D.C.
In previous roles, Kirkland was responsible for all Lockheed Martin corporate business in India , Australia and Singapore . Before joining Lockheed Martin, he served as Principal Deputy, Assistant Secretary of Defense, Legislative Affairs where he used experience gained as Director, Senate Liaison, Office of the Secretary of the Navy.
A Lockheed Martin employee for over 26 years, Crisler most recently served as the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics vice president of Business Development - Air Mobility, Special Operations, and Maritime programs, where he was responsible for providing leadership to each of the C-130J international and domestic campaigns.
