NGC Wins Joint Force Development Support Services Contract
The Naval Supply Fleet Logistics Center has selected Northrop Grumman Corporation (NYSE:NOC) as one of the seven prime contractors to continue providing logistics, intelligence, and technology support to the Joint Staff J7 Directorate for Joint Force Development (JFD) in Suffolk. The multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract has a potential value of $877 million over five years, if all options are exercised.
The mission of the Joint Staff J7 is to support the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff and the joint warfighter through JFD in order to advance the operational effectiveness of the current and future joint force. The JFD provides worldwide joint training support for the Department of Defense, Combatant Commands Services, select U.S. government agencies and multinational/coalition partners.

Under the indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity contract, Northrop Grumman and its team will provide the full spectrum of support, including the planning and execution of joint events, collective and individual joint training, Joint and Coalition Operational Analysis, joint doctrine, Joint Deployment Training Center, Service Joint Training Environment, and Joint Knowledge Online.
