LM Acquires BEONTRA AG
Lockheed Martin [NYSE: LMT] has acquired BEONTRA AG, a leading provider of integrated planning and demand forecasting tools for airports around the world. The terms of the agreement were not disclosed and are not material to Lockheed Martin.

Headquartered in Karlsruhe, Germany, BEONTRA and its integrated traffic, capacity and revenue planning software for airports is in use at some of the world’s major airports including Dubai, London Heathrow, Sydney, Copenhagen, Frankfurt, Schiphol and Munich.
