Alenia Aermacchi wins the Polish contract for training aircrafts
Verifying flights of an aircraft M-346 Master carried out between the 3rd and the 5th of February at the airport of the 41st Base of Training Aviation in Deblin confirmed the compliance of the Italian aircraft for Polish requirements for a new system of advanced jet training. Alenia Aermacchi will be the supplier of the Polish training aviation. The value of the order is approximately 280 million euros.
The system consists of the 8 aircrafts of advanced training (AJT), simulators and the electronic classes. Polish user assumes to purchase another 4 planes.

According to the Ministry of Defence signing a contract with the Italian company can be expected even in the first quarter of 2014. Perhaps this will happen in Deblin, the place for the future operational service of new aircrafts .
M-346 Master will replace the Polish training aviation aircrafts TS-11 Iskra.
