Kaman Announces $8.6M Joint Programmable Fuze Order

Kaman Corporation announced today that its Aerospace segment has been awarded a contract modification in the amount of $8.6 million for the procurement of Joint Programmable Fuzes (JPF). The award is a follow-on order raising the total under Option 10 of Kaman’s JPF contract with the U.S. Air Force (USAF) to approximately $78.6 million. Delivery of these fuzes is anticipated to occur in 2015.

“This order further strengthens our largest single program by increasing our JPF backlog to more than $150 million and extending it into 2015. The order demonstrates the USAF's fuzing requirements and commitment to the program”
