CAE opens 2nd FFS spares depot in China to support the needs of its customers

CAE (NYSE: CAE; TSX: CAE) announced today the opening of a second full-flight simulator spares depot in China. This depot is the latest addition to CAE's established support and logistics infrastructure for customers in the region and will lend efficiencies to the turnaround time of demanded parts. The depot will be located at the Pudong Airport Free Trade Zone (FTZ), Shanghai. The first depot in China opened in 2009 and is located in Zhuhai.

"The opening of this new support depot reflects CAE's long-standing commitment to support the growing aircraft simulation needs of our Chinese customers," said Jeff Roberts, CAE Group President, Civil Simulation Products, Training and Services. "Beginning with our first simulator sale to China over 20 years ago, there are more than 80 CAE-built simulators operational in the country to support the training needs of our airline customers in China."

CAE offers a global support and service infrastructure which includes localized field service and customer support, engineering, software and hardware support services, emergency Aircraft-on-Ground support, maintenance training, troubleshooting and logistics coordination.
