CORENA, a global leader in S1000D and iSpec2200 software and implementation services, announced today that they have signed yet another comprehensive agreement with a daughter company of COMAC (Commercial Aircraft Corporation of China). CORENA has previously delivered a technical publication configuration management solution to comply with the iSpec2200 specification for COMAC SADRI (Shanghai Aircraft Design and Research Institute), and now they have been engaged by COMAC SACSCO (Shanghai Aircraft Customer Service Company) to supply them with their next generation technical publication system for the ARJ21 Program.
The new publication system will support CSACSCO in producing all their 30+ aircraft manuals for maintenance and flight operations.

“After careful investigations we have selected CORENA to supply and implement our enhanced technical publication system. CORENA was the only vendor that fulfilled our requirements, and we have had a very good relationship with them for several years already. We are fully convinced that CORENA’s solutions will support our current and future business requirements. Furthermore CORENA’s support and partnering approach with CSACSCO has been a major decision factor”, says Mr. Dan, Program Manager, ARJ21 Projects.
“We are extremely pleased to be able to expand our relationship with COMAC and CSACSCO. COMAC is the most important commercial aircraft manufacturer in China, and working with their Customer Services Company will allow CORENA to obtain excellent understanding of and future business with the rapidly growing Chinese airline industry. This contract reinforces CORENA’s position as the world leader in development and implementing of commercial-off-the-shelf products for the global aerospace market”, says Toralf Johannessen, President and CEO, CORENA.
