GD to Provide C4ISR and IT Support for US European, Central and Special Operations Commands
General Dynamics Information Technology, a business unit of General Dynamics (NYSE: GD), has been awarded a contract by the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SSC) Atlantic to provide worldwide Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (C4ISR) and Information Technology (IT) support to its European Office and its Combatant Command and Unified Command customers. The five-year, multiple-award, indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity (IDIQ) contract has a potential value of $750 million to all five awardees, if all options are exercised.
General Dynamics will engineer, design, develop, install, test and maintain a wide range of communication networks and systems for the U.S. European Command (USEUCOM), U.S. Central Command (USCENTCOM) and U.S. Special Operations Command (USSOCOM). Additionally the company will provide program management, technical support and integrated logistics services, including equipment fulfillment and tracking, in support of C4ISR efforts.

SSC Atlantic is a Department of the Navy organization reporting directly to the Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command located in San Diego, California. SSC Atlantic designs, acquires, engineers and sustains the systems, sensor connections, cyber network infrastructures and knowledge management services to ensure reliable information is available to only those who need it, where and when it is needed.
