ProActive Technologies awarded contract for B-52 Training System CLS Pogram

ProActive Technologies, L.L.C. has been awarded a contract for the U.S. Air Force's B-52 Training System Contractor Logistics Support (CLS) program. The contract provides program management and on-site CLS to operate, maintain, sustain, and upgrade training devices located at Barksdale Air Force Base, Louisiana, and Minot Air Force Base, North Dakota. ProActive is the prime contractor, with teammate The Boeing Company [NYSE: BA] adding its extensive expertise in developing training devices and in maintaining, modifying, and upgrading the B-52 aircraft itself. The contract covers a base year with four one-year options.

ProActive Technologies provides state-of-the-art hardware and software design engineering and logistical and management support services to the simulation and training marketplaces for government and private industry. ProActive’s in-house engineering and technical support staff has extensive expertise in the design and fabrication of new simulation systems and the modification of existing simulators and trainers. In addition to system design and development, ProActive provides Contractor Logistics Support (CLS), Contractor Operation and Maintenance Services (COMS), Contractor Instruction Services (CIS), and Contract Support (CS) for a variety of DoD agencies and commercial customers.
