EmailAS&E Receives Follow-on Order for 8 Z Backscatter Vans

American Science and Engineering, Inc. (“AS&E”) (NASDAQ: ASEI), a leading worldwide supplier of innovative X-ray detection solutions, announced today the receipt of an order for eight Z Backscatter™ Vans (ZBV) for use by international law enforcement agencies. The ZBV™ systems will be used by law enforcement officials to scan vehicles at border crossings and other checkpoints to detect explosives and other contraband.
