Embraer Legacy 650 Spreads its Wings Into Saudi Arabia
Embraer announced today at the 12th European Business Aviation Convention and Exhibition, the sale and delivery of a Legacy 650 to FAL Aviation, a privately owned subsidiary of FAL Group based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia.
Owned by Sheik Fahad Al Athel, the company was one of the first operators of the super midsize Legacy 600 in 2003. Now it is the first to inaugurate the Legacy 650 in Saudi Arabia. Complementing the Legacy 600, the Legacy 650, with its longer range, will allow FAL Aviation to fly non-stop from Riyadh to London or Beijing.

The Legacy 650 entered service in late 2010. With a range of 3,900 nautical miles (7,223 kilometers), it can fly with four passengers, under NBAA IFR conditions, nonstop from Moscow to Shanghai or from London to New Delhi.
