Bulgarian pilots eject before fighter crashes in flames

Two Bulgarian pilots on Thursday ejected from their Mig-29 fighter jet during a military training flight moments before it crashed in flames, the ministry of defence said.

The Russian-made aircraft caught fire during the flight and crashed into the village of Tsarimir in the southern Plodiv region. Neither of the airmen were injured and there were no casualties on the ground, the ministry said.
