CAE (NYSE:CAE)(TSX:CAE) today announced at the World Airline Training Conference and Tradeshow (WATS 2012) that it will provide an Airbus A330 simulator for pilot and maintenance technician training in Johannesburg, South Africa, by Fall 2012. The CAE-built and owned A330 full-flight simulator (FFS) will be located at the South African Airways (SAA) training centre. The new Johannesburg location is CAE's first commercial aircraft training location in Africa.
CAE currently offers training services at 35 locations worldwide for operators of commercial aircraft, business aircraft and civil helicopters. An additional ten previously announced training locations including Johannesburg are in development to address market demand.
CAE also announced that SAA will be conducting its A330 pilot training on the new FFS. CAE will offer available simulator time to other A330 operators as well.

The training centre is located SAA's Airways Park headquarters on the grounds of OR Tambo International Airport in Kempton Park, Ekurhuleni, Gauteng. SAA operates CAE-built FFSs for the A320 family, A330 and A340 aircraft at the training centre.
